- What does Capital Facile cost?
- Nothing upfront: our fee is a percentage of the amount financed, payable only if financing is disbursed. That percentage is shown further down this page and written in the mandate.
- Who pays the intermediary?
- You, the client, and only if financing is disbursed. If nothing is disbursed, you owe us nothing.
- Can an intermediary be paid by the lender?
- Yes, it happens in the market: the compensation is then built into the price of the financing. If a lender also pays us, the amount is disclosed to you before you sign.
- Is the lender’s cost included in your fee?
- No. It is added to our fee and it is written in the lender’s offer, which you are free to decline.
- Where is your fee written?
- In the mandate, which you sign before we present your file to a lender. Your online application commits you to nothing.
What the lender looks at
- Actual deposits, month by month
- The cost a lender sets starts from what the business takes in.
- Days in overdraft
- An account often in overdraft is read as a risk, and the lender weighs it in its cost.
- Payments to other lenders
- Commitments already running weigh on what a lender offers.
- How long the business has been operating
- A longer history gives the lender more months to read.
