- What we do
- We prepare your file and present it to the lenders you authorize. We don’t lend and make no credit decisions.
- Our fee
- 7% of the amount financed, payable only if financing is disbursed, withheld at disbursement. $0 upfront.
- If no financing is disbursed
- You owe us nothing.
- The lender’s cost
- It comes on top of our fee and is written in the lender’s offer, which you’re free to decline.
- Language
- The mandate is given to you in French first. An English version is available on request; it binds you only if you expressly choose it.
- When to sign it
- Before we present your file to a lender. Your online application commits you to nothing.
