The mandate: what exactly do you sign?
The mandate is the written document by which you ask Capital Facile to prepare your file and present it to the lenders you authorize. It replaces neither the lender’s decision nor yours when you read its offer.

- What is Capital Facile’s mandate?
- A written document, given to you first in French, that says what we do: prepare your file and present it to the lenders you authorize. We don’t lend and make no credit decisions.
- What does the mandate commit me to?
- The mandate is exclusive: for its term, you go through Capital Facile for this financing request. Its term is written in the mandate.
- What does the mandate say about the fee?
- Our fee is a percentage of the amount financed, payable only if financing is disbursed; that percentage is shown further down this page. If nothing is disbursed, you owe us nothing.
- When is the mandate signed?
- Before we present your file to a lender; the full text is given to you, and you sign it, or not. Your online application commits you to nothing.
- Does signing the mandate oblige me to take a lender’s offer?
- No: you are free to decline the lender’s offer. Our fee is payable only if financing is disbursed.
What the lender looks at
- Actual deposits, month by month
- Mandate signed or not, what the business takes in is what the lender reads first.
- Trend over the period
- The mandate changes nothing in the reading: each lender judges the period itself.
- Payments to other lenders
- Commitments already running are presented to the lenders as they are.
- How long the business has been operating
- Each lender sets its time-in-business threshold; the mandate promises none.
